By using wellnesscluborlando.com (the "Site") or purchasing from the Use Wellness Club shop, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

WCO is a curated wellness directory, calendar, concierge AI, and brand shop for Orlando. We feature venues, host events, and sell branded apparel and accessories.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase from the shop, RSVP to events, or apply to be a partner. By using the Site you confirm you can enter a binding contract.

3. Orders & payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • We accept payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Orders are confirmed by email after payment is captured.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error is detected.

4. Shipping & returns

  • We ship to US, Canada, and Brazil. Free US shipping over $100.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days, unworn, original tags, in original packaging.
  • Final-sale items (clearly marked) are not returnable.
  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Listings & recommendations

Venues featured on WCO are independently operated. We do not own or control their hours, pricing, availability, treatments or safety. Always confirm details directly with the venue before visiting. Wellness AI recommendations are informational and may contain errors.

6. Partners

Partners who apply to be featured agree to our partner terms upon acceptance, including content standards, advertising guidelines, and the right of WCO to remove a listing at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the platform, scrape data, spam our chat, impersonate others, or use the brand without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The WCO name, logo, brand assets and editorial content are owned by us. Photos in the directory may be sourced via Google Places (subject to Google's terms) or supplied by partners. You may not redistribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCO is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, shop, or recommendations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
