Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or an exchange under the terms below.

Return window

You have 30 daysfrom the day your order is delivered to request a return. Requests outside this window won't be eligible.

Eligibility

• Unworn and unwashed
• Original tags still attached
• Original packaging included
• Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair or odors

Not eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Intimates and used socks
• Used water bottles and used reusable containers
• Personal care, beauty and skin products
• Items marked "Final Sale" or sold at promotional discount may not be eligible — check the product page

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are subject to availability. If the new size or color is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead.

Shipping

• The customer pays return shipping, except when the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our side — in those cases we cover it.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Funds typically land in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Defective or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent, please email hello@wellnesscluborlando.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email hello@wellnesscluborlando.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with a pre-paid return label or shipping instructions, depending on the reason.

When self-serve returns go live on our shop, you'll be able to request a return directly from your order page without emailing us.
