Wellness Club Orlando ("WCO", "we", "us") operates wellnesscluborlando.com (the "Site") and the related shop at /shop ("Use Wellness Club"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us — name, email, phone (optional), interests, and address when you join the Wellness List, RSVP to events, apply to be a partner, or place an order through the shop.

Order information — when you purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing details. We never see or store your full card number.

Automatic information — analytics events (page views, clicks on listings) to improve the experience. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights — both are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies for identification.

2. How we use it

• Send you the curated brief, event invites and order updates you opted into
• Fulfill orders and provide customer support
• Improve our directory, recommendations and the Wellness AI concierge
• Detect fraud and keep the platform safe

3. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate WCO: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Google (Places data for venue photos). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Wellness AI

When you chat with our concierge, your messages are processed by Anthropic (via OpenRouter) to generate a response. We do not store the conversation long-term beyond what is required to debug issues. We never feed personal details into the training of any model.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@wellnesscluborlando.com. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any message.

6. Children

WCO is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced via the curated brief.
